The Original Spyro the Dragon came out on September 10, 1998, and was one of the best games of its time and was competing with some of the greatest video game stars of all time like Mario and Sonic to name a few. Spyro was Developed by Insomniac Games and had three games in the original trilogy. These three games sold millions of copies. Insomniac Games created lots of other games like Ratchet and Clank, Sunset Overdrive, and Song of the Deep. Soon after the 3rd game was released, Insomniac lost the rights to Spyro and his License was thrown around to different companies. Luckily, Spyro had a Rebirth of a “Reignition”, and Spyro: Reignited Trilogy was born. Now, Adults can live their Childhood games and Children can have their first go at the Purple, Fire-Breathing Dragon.

Spyro: Reignited Trilogy is, well a Trilogy of the 3 original games, Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage, and Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon. All of the games have about the same Premise, Something was stolen and it’s up to Spyro to save the day. Spyro has many different abilities in the first game, he has his ordinary jump, a flame ability, and his signature charge ability. He plays the same way in every game. Throughout the three games, Spyro will learn new abilities like swimming and a headbutt move. In the 3rd game, The player gets as many new characters that all have different play styles. Overall, these games are a blast to play through and are rated for Everyone. They are very Casual games where you run around and collect gems and roam the beautiful landscapes the game has to offer. This is recommended for those looking for games that look visually stunning and play almost perfectly.
